The Salvation Army Mobile Food Pantry is looking for volunteers.
- Generations Plus Adult Day Health Center: 7905 Browning Rd, Suite 220-222, Pennsauken, NJ 08109
Liability Waiver Required
Volunteers will be assigned various duties to include:
- Load/unload, bag fresh and shelf-stable goods (Lift up to 20-lbs).
- Set up tables with groceries and break down boxes.
- Help with signing in participants.
- Assist participants in grocery food selection.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Minimum age 18 (Teens can help if they are part of a Volunteer Group)
Volunteer Shift: 8:30am - Noon
- Arrive at the Kroc Center by 8:30am to help load the Mobile Food truck.
- Volunteers can ride in the van with the Kroc pantry staff. (Limited seating)
- Volunteers can meet us at the *Mobile Pantry location at 9:30am except for Generations Plus Adult Day Care. Arrival time for Generations is no earlier than 9:45am.
