The Boys & Girls Clubs of Mercer County offers programs -- mostly for low-income kids -- to improve outcomes in education, develop social-emotional competency and leadership skills, and teach youth to develop healthy lifestyles through physical activity and nutrition.
They are looking for volunteers to assist with facility-wide technology projects. Projects range from updating student laptops/desktops, ensuring classrooms are prepared with all technical needs for daily activities, and assisting staff with computer issues. The Club also runs a Computer Exchange where volunteers are needed to assist staff and students with organizing electronic equipment, hardware and software updates, and teaching computer repair skills.
