Batch Meal Cooking

As a member of the Batch Meal Cooking Team, you will take part in preparing nutritious, freezer-friendly meals that will be served to young families participating in Terra Centre programs. These meals are essential in ensuring young mothers can focus on their education and personal development without the burden of food insecurity. You will be placed in a small group and assigned a recipe to prepare from start to finish. This includes prepping ingredients, cooking the meal, portioning into freezer bags, cleaning up, and ensuring proper food safety
procedures are followed according to Alberta Health Services (AHS) standards.
