What We Do

Texana Center provides crisis services 24 hours a day, seven days a week including:

  • Prompt face-to-face crisis assessment
  • Crisis intervention services
  • Crisis follow-up
  • Relapse prevention services

Crisis services are provided to current clients as well as those individuals who are not currently receiving Texana services.  Crisis services are available to children, adolescents, and adults.

If an individual is experiencing a mental health crisis during the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, they may go directly to the nearest Texana Behavioral Healthcare Clinic or they may call the Mental Health Crisis Hotline at 1-800-633-5686 for assistance.
