Who We Are
Manna on Main Street is committed to ending hunger in the North Penn region by providing food, fulfilling social service and education needs, and conducting community outreach. Through a food pantry and soup kitchen, emergency financial aid, counseling and referrals, and education opportunities, we serve those in need with the hope "that everyone might be fed".

What We Do
- Manna’s Kitchen: Individuals in need of warm, healthy meals can eat at Manna seven days a week, with two meals offered Monday through Friday and brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
- Manna's Market: The Market operates using the "choice model" best practice -- a food pantry in which the customer selects the food. Like a small grocery store, individuals may choose foods that best meet their dietary needs and preferences, but within agency controls based on household size, food categories and quantities.
- Emergency Financial Aid Program: Manna’s financial aid is intended to be for one-time assistance and has a lifetime limit. Money can be used for items like rent/security deposits, utilities, emergency motel stays, or emergency medical needs and prescriptions.
- Common Grounds: This program is a free, 14-week food service training to employment program for individuals living in economic instability in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
- Getting Ahead in a Just-Gettin-By World: Getting Ahead is a 16-week class that invites people living in poverty to investigate solutions to help themselves, others, and their community transition out of poverty and instability. Participants are compensated for their work; the research they complete helps Manna and our community transform how we understand poverty, its causes, and ultimately, solutions.
- Hope for the Holidays Program: In 2020, Manna raised enough money to provide $75 Walmart gift cards to 333 children, and ensures that parents are given the dignity of shopping for their children and that children have what they need for the holidays.
- Back to School: Each year, Manna distributes backpacks and school supplies to help the children we serve get ready for school
