Description

Spend a day at Waterchase Golf Club in Fort Worth, to help at the The Ladder Alliance Annual Golf Tournament. Tasks could include checking in golfers at registration, hole game support, raffle ticket sales, picking up the holes after the event and the Silent Auction after the tournament.

7:00AM - 9:00AM REGISTRATION VOLUNTEERS

8:00AM - 12:00PM HOLE VOLUNTEERS

11:00AM - 2:00PM AFTERNOON VOLUNTEERS

Ladder Alliance is providing volunteers with breakfast burritos between 6:45 AM - 7:30 AM. Then a BBQ lunch, time TBD.

Inclement Weather Plan: We will follow the inclement weather plan laid out by the event host while on site. If there is inclement weather before arrival to the volunteer site, you will be contacted individually using the standards outlined in the Holman Employee Handbook regarding inclement weather. On the morning of the event, if you have localized inclement weather that will not effect the event, but is impeding your commute to the site, please contact me by cell phone. I can answer phone calls and text messages. I will have my laptop at the site, but a phone call will receive a much faster response. My cell phone is 512-919-9696.
